- Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Support the month-end and year-end closing process by compiling data, performing reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to verify transaction accuracy and resolve billing issues.

- Track and report on outstanding receivables, following up with customers and internal stakeholders as needed.

- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documents, ensuring data security and audit readiness.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost analysis reports related to manufacturing operations.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and applicable financial regulations.





- Support ad hoc financial projects and special audits as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, with exposure to manufacturing or production environments a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

- Understanding of GAAP principles and basic knowledge of cost accounting and inventory valuation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving financial systems and processes within a manufacturing setting.
