About the Role

Steadfast Business Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience and a solid foundation in financial principles, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Experience with Statutory compliances, audit processes, and financial statement preparation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations , including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation activities.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports , and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions , including invoice processing and vendor/customer coordination.





• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings .

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Support internal and statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit queries.

• Maintain proper records and documentation for all financial transactions in accordance with regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure productive, transparent, and compliant financial practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• semi qualified CA/CMA, Mba/Mcom/Bcom with relevant experience .

- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience assisting in audit processes and working with auditors.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
