We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, knowledge of Busy Accounting Software, and a basic understanding of GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare GST & TDS working and assist in filing returns.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliations.
- Generate E-way bills, invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing and other finance-related tasks.




- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
