We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities & Duties

- End-to-end accounting like sales, purchases, expenses, JVs
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Work on softwares like Tally Prime and ERP Next
- Work on month end decks including analysis and drafting of insights for management
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and

balance sheets
- GST, TDS, TCS and other registration & filings
- Meet with client to address pain points and resolve the same whenever required

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Atleast three years of experience working in accounting function at a CA Firm/start-up/corporate
- Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles




- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Tally
- Understanding Indian Compliance Landscape pertaining to GST & Income Tax

- Monthly trainings, learning & development under leadership of qualified Chartered Accountants

- Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
