M.K Lighting is looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting and office finance-related work. The candidate will support our office operations and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA) firm for accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Sales Invoices and Purchase Entries.

- Generate GST Invoices and E-Way Bills.

- Maintain Purchase & Sales records.

- Prepare Staff Salary and maintain Staff Advance records.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and MS Excel.

- Share quarterly Purchase & Sales data with the CA office.

- Handle Import & Export documentation.

- Coordinate with banks for RTGS/NEFT, cheque deposits, bank statements, and other banking work.

- Maintain vendor and customer payment records.

- Organize accounting documents and office files.





- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for accounting, GST, and compliance-related requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.

- Positive communication and documentation skills.

- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
