Role Description The Accounts and Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports. The Executive will assist with GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliations, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts payable and receivable,



supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing analytical insights to management for decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records and process improvements is an important part of the role.

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Ahmedabad Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements.

Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance processes.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying variances, and supporting business decisions.

Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
