Experience 5 to 10 Years Location Hosur Roles and Responsiblities Oversee the general accounting functions including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts Supervise and mentor the accounting team assign tasks and ensure timely completion Coordinate with internal and external auditors Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency Recommend improvements to systems and procedures Ensure compliance with tax regulations statutory reporting and regulatory requirements Manage timely filings such as GST VAT TDS Income Tax and other local statutory filings Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs Provide variance analysis and recommendations for cost optimization Ensure timely and accurate month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards e g GAAP IFRS Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets Job Type Full-time Advantages Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
