Accountant – E-Commerce Industry | Jaipur

SRJ People Partners is hiring a Accountant for a growing e-commerce company based in Jaipur.

Location: VKI, Jaipur

Experience: 4–5 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, statutory payments and related compliance.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform bank, customer, supplier and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor e-commerce marketplace transactions, settlements, returns, commissions and deductions.
- Coordinate inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse and operations teams.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and MIS reporting.




- Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely closing of books and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- B.Com, M.Com or another relevant qualification in Finance/Accounting.
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and finalisation of accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory and e-commerce accounting will be preferred.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
