We are seeking a skilled and reliable Remote Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and experience using accounting software. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Process supplier payments and maintain vendor records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Assist with VAT preparation, reconciliation, and filing.
- Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and cash flow reporting.
- Support the finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (ERP experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or software companies.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Location: Remote Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
