Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.

The Accountant will collaborate with the analytics team to provide accurate data for performance reports and dashboards,



and help translate financial insights into practical recommendations for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including experience with general ledger, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and solid MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills to present financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in small or medium-sized business environments, and familiarity with Indian taxation and regulatory requirements, is preferred.
