Position Summary

Aratt Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience exclusively in the Real Estate/Construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in SAP (SAP FI/FICO), and be well-versed in statutory compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP.
- Prepare journal entries, ledger postings, and General Ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Process vendor invoices and customer receipts accurately and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS working sheets.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and inter-company accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

Budgeting & Cost Control




- Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring.
- Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support finance team in project-wise accounting and cost allocation.

SAP & Documentation
- Perform accounting transactions using SAP FI/FICO modules.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records in SAP.
- Generate financial reports and data from SAP.
- Maintain organized financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FI/FICO is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and taxation.
- Experience in bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- Additional certification in SAP FI/FICO will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 4 to 5 Years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry is mandatory.
- Experience in handling project-wise accounting for residential and commercial projects.
- Solid exposure to statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on SAP (SAP FI/FICO) experience is compulsory.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest will be given preference.
