Role Description The Accountant role at PT Kaltim Diamond Coal is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. The role includes managing daily accounting transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate general ledger records. The Accountant will assist in monthly and annual closing processes, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely invoice processing. The Accountant will help maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements,



and collaborate with other departments to provide clear financial reports and analyses.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in financial accounting, including general ledger management, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis to assist management decision-making.
- Comfort using accounting software and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, ERP systems).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounting, preferably in the energy, mining, or industrial sector, is beneficial.
