Role Description The Accountant role is a full time, on-site position based in Contai-I. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing vouchers and invoices. The Accountant will assist with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

Responsibilities also include supporting tax and statutory compliance,



coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and timely completion of all accounting activities to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally or similar tools) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and documentation requirements relevant to Indian businesses.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Contai-I and manage workload independently.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in an accounting role is preferred.
