- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payments
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement
- Prepare financial reports and present them to management for review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
