Mandatory Industry Experience:

Candidates must have prior accounting experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, Design & Build, Modular Kitchen, Fit-Out, Turnkey Projects, or Construction company. Applications from other industries may not be considered.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of a fast-growing Interior Design & Design-Build company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project-based accounting, vendor management, GST compliance, client billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Process vendor, supplier, and contractor payments.
- Prepare client invoices and monitor payment collections.
- Maintain project-wise costing, budgets, and profitability reports.




- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain purchase records, expense vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in project accounting and project costing.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and client billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
- Robust analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Design & Build, Construction, Modular Kitchen, Fit-Out, or Turnkey Projects industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project-based financial operations.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
