We are a leading wholesale consumer products distribution business based in Kochi, Kerala. We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Accounts Executive to handle our daily financial transactions, Tally entries, and product inventory pricing. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong background in commercial accounting, and understand the wholesale trade setting, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries, purchase/sales registers, and invoices in Tally. Update and manage product wholesale pricing, profit margins, and bulk discounts.Monitor moving stock counts and track inventory data.Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payment cycles.

Requirements

Education: B.Com Degree (Mandatory).

Software: Strict proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.

Experience: Proven experience in accounting (Wholesale/Retail preferred).

Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site in Thokkupara, Munnar.

Notice Period: Within 30 days

Pay: From ₹11,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
