Job Title Accountant Description We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team in the Restaurant and Caterers Industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records ensuring compliance with tax regulations and supporting the financial health of our business through detailed accounting and reporting Responsibilities Maintain and update accounting records using Tally software Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely Manage TDS deductions and compliances as per government regulations Handle income tax calculations deductions and filing processes Reconcile bank statements and manage banking transactions Generate financial reports and statements to assist in business decision-making Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry standards Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis financial modeling and reporting Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience as an Accountant preferably in the Restaurant and Catering sector Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax laws and compliance requirements Proficient in Tally ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent understanding of banking procedures and financial reconciliations Attention to detail and solid analytical abilities Skills Expertise in Tally ERP software In-depth knowledge of Accounting Concepts GST compliance and filing TDS management and compliance Income Tax filing and calculations Advanced Microsoft Excel formulas pivot tables macros Banking transaction management and reconciliation Financial reporting and analysis
