Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mayur Vihar. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and posting journal entries, managing ledgers, and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.

Daily tasks include preparing invoices, processing payments, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with tax computations and statutory compliance. The role also involves supporting audits, preparing financial reports and statements, analyzing variances, and providing data and insights to the advisory and management teams. The Accountant will collaborate closely with colleagues across legal, taxation, and advisory functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including ledger management, journal posting, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess taxation and compliance skills, such as understanding of direct and indirect taxes, statutory filings, and support for audit and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and tools, including MS Excel, financial reporting systems, and general ERP or bookkeeping applications.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Relevant professional qualification such as B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
- Prior experience in a professional services, consultancy, or audit-focused environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to “service above self” in a fast-paced, growth-oriented firm.
