Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts for Dream Creations Event.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, monitoring event budgets, and supporting cost control for weddings and related services. The role will also involve assisting with financial reports, cash flow tracking, and compliance with relevant accounting and tax requirements. This is a full time, hybrid role based in GREATER NOIDA,



with a combination of on-site work at the office and some work-from-home flexibility to support business needs and event schedules.

Qualifications

Strong accounting fundamentals, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliation.

Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools).

Ability to manage budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for multiple events and projects.

Knowledge of basic taxation, invoicing, and compliance relevant to small businesses and service firms.

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with planners, vendors, and management.

Capability to work in a hybrid environment, supporting occasional extended hours during peak wedding seasons.

Preferred qualifications: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; prior experience in event management or service industry finance is an advantage.
