- 18K to 45K Role Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and effective Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, invoicing, stock entries, and bank reconciliation. She will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities : Invoicing : Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors. Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up on payments.
Stock Entry : Record and monitor stock entries in the system.
Bank Entries :
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance. Handle payments, deposits, and other bank transactions.
Accounting Software : Work on Tally (Prime or ERP) or other accounting platforms like Zoho Books .
General Accounting : Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory requirements as needed. Support the finance team in preparing reports and financial statements.
Experience : Knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP) or equivalent accounting software.
Skills : Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Basic in MS Office, particularly Excel.
