- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records accurately.
- Oversee billing, insurance claims reconciliation, and patient account management (for hospitals and clinics).
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (such as PF, ESI, TDS, and GST, where applicable).
- Maintain accounting software and ensure accurate financial data.
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and clinical departments to control expenses.
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- B.Com/ M.Com/ Diploma in Accounting/ CA ( Inter)
- Having experience in handling the account of healthcare ( IPD, Diagnostic & OPD)
