Job Purpose: To drive growth of the API business by managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial, regulatory, and operational excellence..

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key customer accounts and support business growth in the Brazil/ LaTam OR CIS-Russia markets.
- Drive API sales through new customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, and account development.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, presentations, and business plans.
- Support customer negotiations, contract execution, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution and product registrations.
- Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.




- Maintain sales forecasts, MIS, budgets, business reviews, and management reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years experience in API Sales, International Business Development, or Key Account Management, preferably in Brazil/ LaTam OR CIS-Russia markets.
- Strong experience in customer management, commercial negotiations, pricing, and business development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication capabilities.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good understanding of consultative selling and pharmaceutical business dynamics.
- CTC Budget Rs 25-35 lacs.
