Role Description The Account Manager role at Pan Shop is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Account

Manager will oversee key customer accounts, maintain strong relationships, and serve as the main point of contact for client needs and inquiries. Daily responsibilities include tracking orders, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams such as sales and inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The role also involves monitoring account performance, preparing basic reports, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and supporting customer retention efforts.

Manager is expected to collaborate closely with store and back-office staff to provide consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and provide service-oriented support to key accounts.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

Basic proficiency in record-keeping, order tracking, and use of common office or retail management software.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts.

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred; prior account management experience is an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site retail environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer and business needs.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
