Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff member who can independently manage accounting functions while working under the guidance of a Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and support statutory filings.

Assist the Chartered Accountant with audits, financial statements, and compliance.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

Verify invoices, vendor payments, and expense records.

Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS,



Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Experience with financial reporting and audits.

Problem-solving ability and time management skills.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
