. Should have experience of finalizing profit and loss accounts and balance sheet in compliance with IND AS requirement.
- - Should be capable of raising of funds on cost effective manner through various channels including banks/ Institution/ private equity/ venture capital / bonds etc. both from domestic and international market.
- Cash & Fund flow management to ensure productive utilization of funds.
- Capable of robust working capital management including inventory and receivable management.
- Should be well versed with FEMA , RBI and other banking regulations.
- Should be apt in preparation of DPR and other documents as required by banking and investor fraternity.
- Should be excellent in Excel working and presentation.
