About the Role Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to support its finance function from India while closely collaborating with the finance and leadership teams in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, coupled with a sound understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP). This role requires excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global business environment .

Desired Pro - file

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experi





- ence.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing organiza
- tion.Robust knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to US accounting pract
- ices.Hands-on experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing fin
- ance.Experience working with US-based stakeholders or multinational manufacturing companies will be highly prefe
- rred.Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar manufacturing ERP platf
- orms.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and MIS repor

Work Schedule

The position is based in India and follows Indian working hours (IST). The role involves regular interaction with colleagues and stakeholders in the United States;

therefore, flexibility to attend occasional meetings outside normal business hours, when required, i s expected.
