Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
- Coordinate with media, creative, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with high-quality execution
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights/reports with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in a media agency or advertising environment
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
