Manage and grow relationships with key clients

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs

Coordinate with media, creative, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with high-quality execution

Monitor campaign performance and share insights/reports with clients

Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in a media agency or advertising environment

Strong communication and client management skills

Good understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution

Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
