Position Overview

Workhall is looking for a high-energy, quota-carrying Account Executive to own the full sales cycle —

from prospecting and pipeline generation through to commercial close. You will sell Workhall’s no-code enterprise workflow platform to mid-market and enterprise accounts across India and international markets, working closely with Solutions Consultants, Leadership, and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts.

This is a hunter-first role. You will be expected to build pipeline independently, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently deliver against revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

- Own outbound prospecting across target verticals including Real Estate, Garments, Logistics,

Aged Care, Trade Finance, and Non-profits

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of 3–4x quarterly target through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences, referrals, events)
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and map buying committees before outreach
- Work closely with marketing on inbound lead qualification and follow-up cadences
- Represent Workhall at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and build brand presence Deal Management & Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact through discovery, demo coordination,

proposal, negotiation, and signed contract

- Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover pain points, business priorities, buying criteria, and decision timelines
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization in coordination with leadership
- Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving business users, IT, procurement, and C-suite decision-makers
- Drive deal velocity by maintaining clear next steps, mutual action plans, and executive alignment at each stage • Accurately forecast pipeline and deal status in CRM,

- Build trusted advisor relationships with champions and economic buyers at prospect organizations
- Engage C-level executives confidently, articulating Workhall’s strategic value and ROI with clarity
- Coordinate with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations and POC engagements aligned to prospect priorities
- Partner with Customer Success post-close to ensure smooth handover, accelerate time-to-value,

and identify expansion opportunities Market Intelligence & Collaboration

- Stay current on industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer buying behavior in target verticals
- Provide structured market feedback to Product and Marketing teams — surfacing feature gaps,

competitive intelligence, and buyer objections

- Collaborate with internal teams on RFP/RFI responses, ensuring proposals are commercially strong and aligned to customer needs
- Contribute to refining sales playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 4–8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts (₹10L–₹1Cr+ deal sizes preferred)
- Proven ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Strong commercial acumen — comfortable negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging both technical teams and

C-suite executives

- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment Preferred Skills
- Experience selling no-code, low-code, workflow automation, or digital transformation platforms
- Domain familiarity with one or more Workhall verticals: Real Estate, Garments/Apparel, Logistics,

Trade Finance, Aged Care, or Non-profits

- Prior experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (6–18 month deals)
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar structured sales methodologies
- Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems — ERP, CRM, HRMS, and integration concepts
- Regional language proficiency (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu) is an advantage for local market coverage Success Metrics
- Quarterly and annual current revenue (ARR) targets achieved or exceeded
- Pipeline coverage maintained at 3–4x target at all times
- Outbound prospecting activity — calls, emails, meetings booked per week
- Deal cycle time and average deal size trending toward target benchmarks
- Win rate on qualified opportunities
- CRM hygiene score — accuracy of pipeline stage, forecast, and next steps
- Customer handover quality — NPS/satisfaction from CS team on AE-to-CS transitions What We Offer
