Responsibilty

. Client Management :Client neeeds and tailors solutions & customer services.

. Billing : Domestic and International ticketing, tour packaging, refund billing & visa insurance.

. Knowledge about bank entries and debtor follow-up

. Communication and Collaboration : Cross-functional teams and operations

. Reporting and Documentation : Client interactions, sales activities and revenue forecasts.

Qualification

. Bachelor's degree in commerce or any related fields.

. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Acount Executive in the travel industry.

. Proven track record of billing, voucher entries & invoice.

. Solid understanding of the travel market, tickets, Industry trends and customer behavior.

. Profificient in using Tally/XL web, software and other relevent tools.
