Position: Accounts Executive

? Location: Andheri Marol

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations as per company policies.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor bills, payments, and reconciliations.

Maintain books of accounts using Tally (entries, vouchers, and ledgers).

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances.

Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related matters.

Support statutory compliances and audit requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com (Any Specialization)

Strong working knowledge of Tally





Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

Valuable understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
