Job Title: Accounts & Administrative Executive

We are looking Accounts & Administrative Executive to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our small-scale company. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
- Monitor and maintain petty cash.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain company files, records, and documentation.




- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support management in daily activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients for administrative needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts and administrative roles (small business experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., Tally,).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
