Role Description The Accounts Executive will manage and maintain the Tally software system, handle billing processes, and ensure accurate data management within the Accounts department. The ideal candidate will have robust proficiency in Tally, excellent typing skills, and a solid understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and mailing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the Tally software system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.




- Handle all billing activities, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Perform data entry and management tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to the Accounts department.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate daily dispatches of goods as per the delivery schedule.
- Ensure accurate entries in the dispatch register and ERP systems.
- Track shipment status and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- File and archive all dispatch and billing records for audit purposes.

Additional Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, GST, TDS and general accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
