Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijapur, responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within the frozen food segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with existing clients, identifying recent business opportunities, and supporting order processing and follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

The role involves preparing quotations, tracking sales performance,



coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions.

The Account

Executive will also assist with market research, participate in local promotional activities, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and account handling.
- Ability to manage sales processes, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and order coordination.
- Competence in documentation, basic reporting, and use of MS Office or similar tools.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional email and phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food processing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
