Position: Accounts Executive

Location: AJI GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Miracle Software (ERP).

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

- Handle GST accounting, return preparation, and tax-related documentation.

- Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely statutory compliance.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

- Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.





- Hands-on experience with Miracle Software is mandatory.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.

- Experience using Miracle Software is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing accounting.

- Familiarity with inventory accounting and production-related transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
