Role Description

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records

Prepare sales and purchase vouchers, invoices, and bills

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

Maintain petty cash and expense records





Support monthly closing and MIS reporting activities

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related matters

Organize and maintain financial documents and files

Assist senior accountants during audits and financial reviews Qualifications

Proficient in account management, client relationship building, and customer satisfaction

Ability to identify new business opportunities and assist in market research

Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in report preparation and basic data analysis

Working knowledge of marketing strategies and sales processes

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
