We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the steel, construction, or trading industry is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary:

- As per company standards and experience.
