Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Ambad MIDC, Nashik

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting entries, GST, inventory management, bank reconciliation, and customer/vendor follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage inventory records accurately.

Perform Bank Reconciliation (Bank Reco).

Record sales and purchase entries in the accounting software.

Prepare and maintain GST-related records.

Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.

Coordinate with customers and vendors for payment follow-up calls.

Verify invoices, purchase orders, and stock records.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and reports.





Assist in daily accounting and administrative activities.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Inventory Management.

Experience in Bank Reconciliation.

Knowledge of GST compliance and accounting.

Proficiency in Sales & Purchase Entry.

Good communication skills for follow-up calls.

Basic to advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.

Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
