Position Details

Designation: Accounts Executive

Department: Stores & Accounts

Location: Nashik

Reporting To: Store Incharge / Accounts Manager / Plant Head

Job Purpose To manage inventory accounting, store transactions, material reconciliation, stock records, and ERP/SAP entries for the Electroplating Plant while ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, chemicals, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor receipt, storage, issue, and return of materials.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and FIFO implementation.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.

Store Accounting & Reconciliation

- Maintain stock ledgers and inventory records in ERP/SAP.
- Perform daily material consumption and stock reconciliation.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.
- Track chemical consumption and plating material usage.

SAP Transactions

- Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Notes).
- Record material issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments in SAP/ERP.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
- Maintain master data related to materials and inventory.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain inward, outward, and stock movement records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related documentation.




- Maintain records of material consumption, stock variances, and inventory ageing.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure proper storage and handling of electroplating chemicals and consumables.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements.
- Maintain 5S standards in stores and inventory areas.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Operations) or Graduate in Commerce.
- Candidates with relevant Diploma qualifications and experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Store Accounting, Inventory Management, or Store Operations in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Electroplating, Chemical Processing, Engineering, EMS, or Manufacturing industries preferred.

Job Type: Full time Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
