Gravity Printech India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, sales and purchase accounting, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.

- Record and manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Prepare and file GST Returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

- Generate Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills as required.

- Maintain sales and purchase registers.

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.

- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.

- Assist in TDS calculations and related compliance.





- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

- Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities.

- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assist in payroll-related accounting entries, if required.

- Ensure compliance with Company policies and accounting standards.

- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.

- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
