- Daily accounting entries in Tally.

- Purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting entries.

- Ledger reconciliation of customers and suppliers.

- Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.

- Calling customers and coordinating for payment collection.

- Checking outstanding receivables and preparing follow-up reports.

- Entries and records maintenance in our company's own software.

- Bank reconciliation.

- Checking invoices, debit notes and credit notes.

- Coordinating with customers/ suppliers for account diffrences.

- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assisting in GST/TDS-related accounting work and providing data to CA/accounting team.

- Other day to day accounting and administrative work related to accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
