Are you an experienced Accounts Executive with strong accounting and compliance expertise? Arbor Academy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll support, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
✅ Prepare and reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and financial records
✅ Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, return filing, and compliance
✅ Manage TDS calculations, payments, return filing, and statutory requirements
✅ Prepare Form 16, financial statements, and compliance-related documentation
✅ Support payroll processing, salary distribution, and employee-related accounting activities
✅ Maintain records related to Provident Fund (PF) and statutory contributions
✅ Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, Profit & Loss reports, and financial summaries
✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments
✅ Ensure timely completion of accounting activities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Required Skills
✔️ 2–3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
✔️ Practical experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
✔️ Good understanding of payroll processing and PF compliance
✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
