Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations. Record and reconcile all receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations.
Process employee reimbursements and advances. Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance. Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Work closely with operations and branch teams to ensure financial discipline.
Required
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com, MBA (Finance),
or CA Inter will be an added advantage. Experience2–5 years of accounting experience.
Experience in the transport, logistics, travel, or service industry is preferred. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
