Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Employee Transportation Service (ETS) operations at the client location. Coordinate with corporate clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Drive vendor development, governance, and performance. Handle operational escalations and ensure service excellence. Support business growth through new vendor onboarding and account expansion.
Eligibility: Experience in Employee Transportation Services (ETS), fleet operations, logistics, or corporate mobility. Strong client relationship and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Role Requirements: Daily physical deployment at the client site. Willingness to be available 247 for operational emergencies.
