Desired Experience Range - 5+ yrs Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Implementation & Configuration:
Lead or support implementation of Accolade PPM modules
Configure workflows, forms, and dashboards based on business needs
Business Analysis & Consulting:
Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Map business processes to Accolade capabilities
Integraton & Data Management:
Design and implement integrations with SAP, PLM, and other systems
Manage data quality and migration activities
Training & Support:
Provide end-user training and support
Create documentation and user guides
Project Delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
Provide regular status updates to project leadership Required skills:
Hands-on experience with Sopheon Accolade PPM platform
Solid understanding of Portfolio and Project Management processes
Experience in configuring Accolade modules (e.g., Roadmapping, Idea Management, Resource Planning) Ability to translate business requirements into Accolade configurations
Experience in data migration and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, PLM, ERP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management Good to have: Experience with Accolade APIs and scripting
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
Exposure to innovation management and product lifecycle processes
