Role Description The ACCA/CA Faculty Trainer will deliver high-quality classroom sessions to learners pursuing ACCA and related professional accounting qualifications at the Lucknow center. This part-time, on-site role involves planning and conducting lectures, tutorials, and exam-focused revision classes aligned with ACCA syllabus requirements and qualified standards.

The trainer will design lesson plans, prepare teaching materials, and use interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical examples to enhance concept clarity and application. Additional responsibilities include mentoring learners, resolving academic queries,



monitoring progress through assessments, and providing constructive feedback to support exam readiness. The faculty trainer will collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistent teaching quality, update content based on syllabus changes, and participate in occasional faculty meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification, with clear understanding of core papers and exam structure.
- Proficiency in teaching and training methods, including lesson planning, interactive classroom delivery, and use of case studies or practical examples.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
- Experience in professional accounting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, or related domains that can be translated into practical classroom insights.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for presentations and academic coordination; familiarity with virtual or blended learning platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience as ACCA or CA faculty, mentor, or corporate trainer is preferred.
- Commitment to learner success, including patience, professionalism, and openness to diverse learner backgrounds.
- Ability to work part-time on-site in Lucknow with a consistent teaching schedule.
