Roles and Responsibilities

- Design & Deliver Training Programs for teachers on academic subjects and effective teaching methodologies.

- Develop Curriculum & Training Materials, including lesson plans, teacher manuals, and assessment tools.

- Conduct Workshops & Seminars to enhance educators' teaching skills and classroom practices.

- Coach & Mentor Teachers on classroom management and innovative instructional strategies.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging and impactful learning content.

- Evaluate Training Effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes.

- Stay Updated with the latest educational trends, NEP 2020, and best teaching practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in the education, academic, publishing, or EdTech industry.

- Solid knowledge of curriculum development, training management, and skill development.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with frequent travel for training programs and school visits.

- Ability to conduct classroom training, product training, and teacher workshops using interactive learning methods.

- Proficiency in developing educational content, training materials, and workshop resources.
