About the Role

Mentor Plus is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to understand student needs, and a passion for helping individuals choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course features, fee structures, scholarships, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students and their families.

Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, customer support, or telecalling will have an added advantage.
