About the Role

Mentor Plus is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to understand student needs, and a passion for helping individuals choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Explain course features, fee structures, scholarships, and enrollment processes.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM/database.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.

Required Skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, customer support, or telecalling will have an added advantage.
