Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses such as Programming, Web Development, Data Science, Networking, Cloud Computing, etc.
- Understand student career goals and suggest suitable courses.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.
- Explain course details, including syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain student records and update admission data regularly.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for batch management.
- Support student engagement and help improve retention.
